Are you a Site Manager who actually enjoys the pace of a large-scale residential build?

We are partnering with a well-established developer-builder (part of a major national group) to find a Site Manager for a significant townhouse project in Brisbane. This isn't just a "stick-built" residential job; we need someone who can take the reins from the initial civil works right through to the final handover.

The Role

You’ll be leading the day-to-day operations on-site for a large-scale townhouse development. This role requires a "dirt-to-delivery" mindset—you’ll be managing the full civil package and heavy structures before moving into the high-volume fit-out phase.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the project lifecycle from initial civil works and site establishment through to completion.
• Driving the program to ensure milestones are met without compromising on quality or safety.
• Coordinating subcontractors across multiple trades to keep a large-scale site moving efficiently.
• Upholding rigorous OH&S standards and ensuring all site documentation is airtight.

What You’ll Need

This client is looking for a specialist who understands the Brisbane landscape and the complexities of multi-unit builds.

• Structures Background: You must have a solid foundation in structural works. We need someone who understands the technical side of the build, not just the finishes.
• Civil Experience: Proven experience managing full civil works and infrastructure within a residential or commercial context.
• Licensing: You must hold a current and valid QBCC Site Supervisor or Open Builder License.
• Local Knowledge: You are currently based in Brisbane with a reliable network of local subbies and a deep understanding of local council requirements.
