Our story..

In 2013 a recruiter became disillusioned by a market where mediocre customer service had become the industry standard and client satisfaction had taken a back seat. We’re here to change that.

Who We Are.

Since then Cranfield has strived to become one of the market leaders in engineering, architecture, project management/advisory, and renewable energy recruitment. Offering executive search, strategic sourcing, and leadership consulting for close to 10 years.

Fast forward to 2021 and the business expanded, partnered and quickly developed into the blue-collar and trades industries focusing on temp and perm roles as well as labour hire solutions. Cranfield Construction Solutions (CCS) specialises in the construction, manufacturing, logistics, and Automotive/EV industries specifically. Now more recently with the emergence of our new medical and healthcare division, Cranfield Medical continues to make huge strides forward offering a new outlook with fresh ideas to each hiring process.

Giving back is part of our culture.

We are proud that our people love to get involved and have undertaken all kinds of challenges to raise money for charity. Such as using our expertise to give CV, career, and interviewing advice to help unemployed people back to work. Or, helped link a variety of highly skilled engineers, project managers, and designers to help build and develop a diverse portfolio of development projects across remote areas.

Our team has taken time out along with the ‘helping hands charity team’ to build homes as well as helping to raise funds for homeless youth in Australia with PIF. Whilst also proud to be committed to planting a tree for every working professional we place or is referred to us…

Our target is to be planting 5000+ trees across Australia each year to help recover forests affected by the 2019-20 Black Summer Bushfires and restore native habitats vital for wildlife. A percentage of all profits from our clients have helped a diverse range of charities and projects.

Creating a
Freener Future.

Let's plant more trees.

46% of the world’s forests have already been destroyed with an average of 80,000 acres disappearing each day.

With Australia having the seventh-largest forest area in the world, it makes up three percent of the Earth’s forests. These forests are unique and varied – ranging from ancient Gondwana rainforest and tropical mangroves to extensive bushlands made up of native acacia, melaleuca, and eucalyptus trees.

How it works.
