The Role:
This is a Full-time, Permanent Opportunity based in Archerfield, QLD, reporting directly to the General Manager.

- Total Ownership: You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of allocated projects, controlling every phase, ensuring complete alignment between design intent, factory construction, and final site delivery.
- Strategic Leadership: You will lead project teams, coordinate complex subcontractor engagement across multiple concurrent jobs, and build high-level, effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Innovation Focus: Play a crucial role in promoting modular design best practices and coordinating design consultants, ensuring outcomes are functionally superior and commercially sound.
- Financial Control: Become the ultimate guardian of project budgets and financial performance, overseeing contract administration, reviewing invoices, and managing the preparation of claims and variations.
- Leadership & Safety: Setting the example for EHS compliance and fostering a collaborative, productive culture within project teams and across the construction/manufacturing operations.
- Quality & Risk: Overseeing the project quality management system, identifying risks, documenting controls, and ensuring project quality meets both contractual and internal standards.
- Design Coordination: Aligning design outcomes with functional requirements, managing design teams and consultants, and promoting efficiency through modular principles.
- Construction Delivery: Driving project progress to meet scheduled milestones, initiating corrective actions for delays, and expertly managing procurement schedules, planning, and coordination of works.
- Contractual & Financial Management: Administering contracts across all stakeholders, overseeing timely and accurate contract administration, and managing financial documentation (claims, variations, invoices).

Essential Toolkit
- Qualification: Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of demonstrable project management experience in the construction industry, with preference given to those experienced in modular or prefabricated construction.
- Track Record: Proven ability to deliver commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects successfully from initiation to completion.
- Management Skills: Strong experience managing subcontractors, consultants, and site teams across multiple simultaneous projects.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong experience in contract administration, budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Influence: Exceptional ability to influence and drive outcomes across diverse internal teams and external stakeholders.
