The Company:
A premier, specialised outdoor construction firm delivering high-end, "concept-to-completion" playground and public space projects. The Role:
We are seeking a Landscape Foreman who lives and breathes "everything outdoors". This is a leadership position for a structural specialist who can manage the transition from a raw site to a fully certified, high-standard play environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Total Site Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of playground projects, coordinating internal teams and subcontractors to meet strict deadlines.
• Structural & Metal Expertise: Oversee the installation of play equipment, custom metal fabrication (gates, fencing, features), and complex timber structures.
• Civil & Groundworks: Manage precision earthmoving, site leveling, and the installation of critical drainage and stormwater systems.
• Surface & Finish Oversight: Coordinate the specialist application of soft-fall rubber, synthetic turf, and hardscape paving.
• Compliance Leadership: Ensure every element of the build meets or exceeds Australian Playground Safety Standards (AS 4685) and rigorous WHS requirements.
• Plant Operation: High-level operation of excavators and bobcats for detailed site preparation in sensitive or restricted environments.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate doesn't just "do landscaping"—they understand the structural integrity and public safety required for high-use outdoor spaces.

• Trade Background: A trade background (e.g. Landscaper) is highly preferred.
• Playground Experience: Prior experience in the construction of commercial playgrounds or public infrastructure is a significant advantage.
• Leadership Guts: A "lead-by-example" foreman who can solve on-site technical problems and manage the logistics of a mobile team.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret complex architectural and engineering plans with a focus on "millimetre-perfect" execution.
• Licensing: Valid manual driver’s license (travel around Brisbane/Gold Coast is required) and current White Card.
