Foreman

• Newcastle and Central Coast projects
• Contract through to the end of the year
• Potential for ongoing work across future projects

We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand or Foreman to oversee construction and upgrade works across projects in Newcastle.

This is a temporary contract for approximately four to five months, with the possibility of ongoing work across additional projects.

The role will involve:

• Coordinating trades, subcontractors and daily site activities
• Overseeing construction and upgrade works
• Conducting pre-starts and toolbox talks
• Monitoring safety, quality and project progress
• Liaising with Site Managers, contractors and clients
• Ensuring works are completed safely and on schedule

To be considered, you will need:

• Previous experience as a Leading Hand, Foreman or Site Supervisor
• Commercial construction or refurbishment experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A good understanding of WHS requirements
• The ability to coordinate multiple trades and priorities
• A current White Card
