Operating with the agility of a private developer but delivering impressive project numbers, they offer long-term pipeline stability without the corporate red tape.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Contracts Administrator to head up a major townhouse development based on-site in North Brisbane.
This is a unique opportunity where you will truly own the project commercially. Because there is no Senior CA or Commercial Manager stationed on this site, you will have total autonomy over the project’s financial delivery from procurement through to final accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full end-to-end procurement, letting packages, and scopes of work.
• Administer subcontracts, progress claims, variations, and cost reporting.
• Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the site delivery team and local subcontractors.
• Drive cost-efficiency on-site while ensuring delivery timelines are met.

What We Are Looking For
This role requires a specific background to ensure your success. To be considered, you must possess:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator in the Australian construction market.
• A strong residential background—ideally coming from volume home building or multi-unit/townhouse developments.
• The ability to work autonomously. You thrive when trusted to run your own race and don't need hand-holding or constant supervision.
