About the Opportunity

We are currently partnering with a premier, award-winning builder-developer in SEQ who are shaping Brisbane’s luxury skyline. Known for delivering landmark, high-end multi-residential and sophisticated mixed-use developments, our client boasts 100% project completion rates and pipeline security stretching years into the future.

Due to the commencement of major, high-specification flagship projects valued at $120M+, we are seeking elite Finishes Foremen to deliver immaculate, bespoke internal and external finishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the Finishes Program: Oversee and coordinate all internal and external finishes from structural handover through to handover and defects rectification.
• Quality Assurance: Implement strict QA/QC procedures to ensure the highest standards of luxury fixtures, bespoke detailed joinery, and architectural finishes.
• Subcontractor Management: Lead, motivate, and manage high-performing finishing trades, ensuring adherence to tight schedules and strict safety standards.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify design or constructability bottlenecks on-site and coordinate with the Site Manager and Project Engineers to resolve them.
• Safety Leadership: Maintain an uncompromising culture of site safety and compliance on Tier 1/2 equivalent sites.

What We Are Looking For

This is a role for a high-caliber supervisor who takes immense pride in handovers. To be successful, you will need:

• Tier 1 or Upper Tier 2 Exposure: A proven track record working within structured, highly compliant, and major-scale commercial or residential building environments.
• Large-Scale Project Experience: Proven experience on completed multi-residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects valued between $100M and $200M+.
• An Eye for Luxury Detail: Deep understanding of premium finishes, architectural materials, complex geometries, and high-end residential expectations.
• Trade Background: A carpentry or finishing trade background is highly regarded, backed by relevant supervisory qualifications (Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction).
• Exceptional Leadership: Strong communication, assertiveness, and the ability to hold sub-contractors accountable to deadlines and quality benchmarks.
